DVD - The Notebook

We finally rented this one, as I had been wanting to see it for a while. I had read the book, and cried like I had never cried before, upon reading the last few pages. The movie, unlike many others, did not disappoint me after having read the book. It was a good movie, easy to enjoy without having read the book, and just as good if you had read it. The ending is slightly different, but I give them literary license to change that, and it doesn't bother me. I was still entertained, and moved, and lots of other emotions I won't go into.

If you like good old-fashioned romantic love stories, then rent this one. Just have some Kleenex nearby! :)
